You’ll play a key role in coordinating theatre flow, liaising with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring smooth, safe and efficient surgical care delivery. You’ll be the go-to person on the floor – guiding the surgical team, troubleshooting on-the-spot issues, and making real-time decisions that keep our patients safe and our theatres running seamlessly. What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing day-to-day scheduling and theatre utilisation across multiple operating rooms Coordinating staffing, equipment, and patient flow to optimise surgical outcomes Acting as the clinical and operational lead during theatre sessions Supporting and mentoring perioperative staff to maintain a high-performing, cohesive team Collaborating closely with Surgeons, Anaesthetists, and Nursing Managers Contributing to ongoing quality improvements and clinical governance What We’re Looking For Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Minimum 3 years’ perioperative experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role AND recent scrub experience -preferably in orthopaedics Eligibility to work in Australia Proven ability to lead in a high-pressure, fast-paced surgical environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, team-focused attitude Highly organised, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
